How do I clean and care for my yoga mat?
To maintain your mat's grip and hygiene, wipe it down after every practice with a damp cloth and mild detergent or a dedicated yoga mat wash. Avoid direct sunlight during drying to prevent the material from becoming brittle.
What is your return policy for fitness equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, yoga mats and towels must be unopened and unused to qualify for a full refund.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Are Gaiam products eco-friendly?
We are committed to sustainability. Many of our mats are made from recyclable TPE or natural cork, and our apparel lines increasingly utilize organic cotton and recycled polyester to minimize environmental impact.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship directly to customers within the United States and Canada. For other international locations, please check our store locator to find authorized local retailers in your region.
How do I choose the right mat thickness?
Standard mats (1/8 inch) are great for balance and portability. If you have sensitive joints or practice on hard floors, we recommend our 1/4 inch 'Premium' mats for extra cushioning and support.
